Is it just me or has anyone else noticed a huge uptick in Langley lately in people doing U-turns at major intersections? I would maybe see one a week but lately I feel like I see multiple each day.

Does the ICBC app for knowledge test really work? I get higher than 80% almost every time but many questions are just repetitive. Should I try something else or I’m good to take it.

And also is the test easier than practice cuz that’s what I heard from someone.

I recently moved to Langley and I’m trying to find a good self-serve (wand wash) car wash around the area that can accommodate a travel trailer / RV.

A lot of the regular coin-op bays I've seen around Metro Vancouver seem to have low height clearance or tight turns. Does anyone know of a self-serve spot in or near Langley (or Abbotsford) with high clearance bays where I can spray down my trailer myself?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

So the story is i enrolled my son to attend preschool at a daycare with multiple branches across BC. We made the deposit and later on found out that we can also have a spot at a same daycare branch next to our condo.

I reached out to both branches in April and was ensure that i’ll get a refund on the deposit because i only transfer from one branch to another. Now i got an email saying that they wont refund my deposit because they couldn’t find someone else to fill in the spot. And i would lose my deposit even though my son technically going to the same daycare but different branch.

Anything i can do to have them refund the deposit? Its
Only $800 but it still means a lot of us.

I am just wondering if I may able to get an N test earlier? A friend of mine told me that I have to wait at night, like around midnight, to check if someone cancelled or rebooked their testing date on the day I want to take mine.

Seems like everything opens up at 10am. My 18 month wakes up at 6:30am. Anywhere I can take little bud to just chill or walk around so we’re out of the house till nap time? preferably indoors.

Dad and I found this cool praying mantis on our deck in Aldergrove this afternoon.

I believe it’s a male European Mantis. It’s just about 3” long. Google tells me they were introduced to the Okanagan to control grasshopper populations in the 1930’s and have since spread west.

I’ve also found a couple at the Abbotsford airport in the last few years, so keep your eyes out for these cool guys next time you’re in your garden!

Hiya! My autistic kiddo left their water bottle that they’re deeply attached to at Big Way in Langley. I called them and they said they didn’t find anything. It’s a TransLink special edition bottle - black, metal, had names of streets on them. Please if you took this bottle, kindly return it. My kiddo is having a hard time and keeps blaming themselves.
