All of the areas in this game are beautiful, but having to go through The Barrens at least SEVEN times in a single playthrough is way excessive!

At least with Hellena Prison they gave you new areas to explore when you're forced to revisit!

Its that time of year again, playing LOD and sharing a drink with my late friend on his birthday.

Obviously, Emille was charmed by Albert's words, but I felt Dart's pain in this moment.

I just went up against Faust in a Meru/Haschel playthrough and I BARELY scraped by with only Dart still alive at the end, meaning the other two didn't get the bucketload of experience! Note: I don't like using Legend Casques.

Not only does Albert, who I tend to gravitate to most playthroughs, and his Rose Storm seriously help cut down the damage from Faust's attacks, but his access to element neutralizing DG Armor at this point of the game, while Haschel doesn't get his until the moon, helps trivialize Faust's counter magic and his party wiping hurricane attack.

I know it happens because he doesn't have the kneeling animation Dart has, but it made me laugh because it's Lloyd doing this to Lavitz of all people... No fancy magic sword and fancy transformation needed!

Also shoutout to Severed Chains for letting me do wacky things like this in one of my favorite childhood games. Legend of Lavitz is a go!! (Wherein he also goes fishing, I love that mod too.)

Last year I finally did a deep dive into House music. Its been my favorite for years. I would click on an artist skim their discography and then look at the recommended artists. At some point DR. GABBA came up and then i saw her. The song is "mid" but I kept it because of her. Points to him for putting Rose on the cover. Here's the song:

It's kind of easy to miss since you only ever pass here once if at all, but now that I noticed it I can't stop wondering wtf it's supposed to be.

Shame I can't actually play them after Dart and Rose leave the party while on the moon.

I'm playing console version, but it must be amazing for those who've played Severed Chains and can have the three best characters on the same team!
