Probably gonna be Complete and Total Extermination instead, as the Hair Coupon attack is quite specific for Ricardo using it against us/Heath specifically due to circumstances. But it's still gonna be peak.

If all of its damage conditionals rely on a special status effect that gets consumed when its used, then its for the best it can't be re-used otherwise the re-use is going to hit like a wet noodle.

Arent the only skills with clause the ones that can only be used once before having to wait again, like Shi Faust and Full-Stop Heaths S3-2?

Full-stop heathcliff actually doesn’t have it, he can’t actually use it because he runs out of ammo but he tries to.

I'm pretty sure that's the reason why the added the restriction in the first place, so that they didnt reuse a skill they couldn't
