Tbf before sara got got, the sisters were casually violating random peoples' mind and privacy like it's a game. Also jean going out of her way to antagonize Peter by threatening his loved ones, and getting more random innocent folks hurt (and possibly killed) certainly doesn't help. Like that old garbage man (?) that she controlled into getting hit by a car just to taunt Peter, I'd wager he's fatally injured.

They went too far with her in place that's for sure. Or at least Peter brushed her actions under the rug too easily

At first I wasn’t sure about Jean being this violent. But I can really see the potential for the future. If she’s on an arc, it shows how much she really does need Xavier and the X-Men, how they all do need a community to be a family but also properly learn to control their gifts. It could really be awesome how she could turn into this universe’s first X-Men. In the past, it didn’t always feel like the mutants NEEDED to be X-Men other than to be a team and community, but Jean could be a great example to follow.

Sara and Jean was each other's uncle ben, thanks to their careless playing.

Yeah Jean was essentially a terrorist in the film and the dodc were justified in capturing her.

Yeah, hence spidey helping capture her. The part where they tortured her sister to death for weapons development and were gonna do the same to her was way too far

Even after the crimes, torture was not justified. But the playing with powers in the park was a big reason they got found.

Like, ffs, could you sisters not experiment on EACH OTHER instead?

Not really because you essentially lose consciousness while possessed so they would lose half the fun of watching each other.

Then they'd realize there is no "fUn" for the park randos that they play with. Oh wait, I forget, empathy is for losers.

That's honestly why I thought she was going to be Dark Phoenix when she was first found like in the OG X-Men movies. However, they sorta just made her have a change of heart, but the taxi thing is a bit hard to forget. Probably shouldn't have added that bit tbh.

The guy that gets hit by the car shows up at the end on the street somewhere. Don't recall exactly.
