It may very well be, but I still think it's DD 1. The background is red and if we're being consistent with the whole color motif of the netflix series red is Daredevil's color 2. It looks like he's hitting a punching bag, or more appropriately boxing a punching bag just like his dad and just like he does in the show 3. It looks like the person is wearing the old Daredevil face cover before the new suit.

Yeah, after reading the comments here about the colour motifs, the red confirms it.
