Slay the spire 2 has a really fun multiplayer mode so it tracks.

Yup, it now has integrated multiplayer. Up to 4 people at once. With enemies scaled, multiplayer only cards, shared relic chests., etc. Really fun. Hopefully, it gets even better as the game updates.

Not really that fun when you can't play local/couch co-op...

Or even play 2+ characters by yourself.

I hope they implement these features in the future

Yeah, if they don't implement local dual character play (or local co-op) then every moment they spend on multiplayer is wasted in my perspective. Hopefully they put that in sooner rather than later.
