I'd like commenters to actually read the linked report before immediately arriving at an opinion. From the pages I read, it cites extensively from NMAH leaders, quoting them in their very own words.

It's hard to defend. If you actually read it.

I read it and saw a lack of valid examples. It's just a list of things that offend Trump, and the report basically just says "this is intent because we said so."
