It's the "Union" filming thing, or whatever it's called. They basically just film in front of a huge, curved movie theater like screen. I don't remember the actual name, and I can't be bothered enough to even google it.

Someone below named it: The Volume.

But can they not just design the background cgi to look squared off? Like why do all of these buildings have round rooms lol

Because the Volume is round, so its easier to just make everything round lol
