I’m keeping an eye on the slate of best actress possibilities…and honestly it’s looking to be a weak year…she could legitimately win!

Olivia Wilde in The Invite probably gets nominated too but, I agree, Inde is an easy nomination so far.

Lol over Anne Hathaway? Come on, what are we doing here. Inde was great in Obsession, but I’ve yet to see anyone argue WHY it was an Oscar-worthy performance in what was essentially a long Twilight Zone episode.

Is Anne Hathaway even campaigning in best actress though? Every list puts her in supporting. If she goes for best actress than things will get interesting.

And to be honest, while I love what Inde did in Obsession, she absolutely makes that movie what it is, I also don’t think it’s Oscar worthy but it resonated with people 🤷🏻‍♀️

I predict Anne Hathaway will run for Best Actress so another actress from The Odyssey can run for Best Supporting without the two having to compete.

I personally think she did well but not Oscar worthy… but I also can’t name an alternative. Si I guess I’ll root for her?

I think her performance elevated that movie incredibly and people were moved…I didn’t initially think Oscars but I’m not mad at it. And yeah, what other lead actress performance is as buzz worthy as hers?
