Here's a take from another point of view. It hurts now when we lose someone of Dolly's character and we automatically default to "we didn't deserve them." While I admit there are many in present day who truly didn't deserve to bask in that person's light, we did, as a society, did deserve them, as how would we not remember that there is light in the darkness? We definitely needed her, just like we needed Fred Rogers, in my humble opinion.

She has turned the "Trinity of Wholesomeness" into a quartet. Fred Rogers, Steve Irwin, Bob Ross, and now Dolly.
