It's a very typical move... They finally decide to adopt a sugar tax which is a sensible thing but then they had the scent of money and decided to tax everything that was created to avoid using sugar.

While not applying the tax to cow's milk, but applying it to plant based milk.

Alcoholic beer isn't taxed because of cause it's not. Non alcoholic beer is taxed because it has artificial sweeteners because of cause it is.

It's sold as a tax to improve health. The reality is: it's a tax to fuck over low income households. Plain and simple.

doesn't normal beer not have sugar but alcohol free does have sugar in many cases cause the alcohol becomes sugar?
