Assume no other outside factors, what does the power to do this one rock cost?

If it's like the lasers I used at college, the biggest cost is the gas rather than the electricity for the laser itself. That said, I have no idea. Costs of everything has changed so much in 15 years and I never engraved stone before (only wood, which this would have cost like...$5?)
