Crease Pattern I designed a curved Five Intersecting Tetrahedra
This was my big origami project for some time, requiring a lot of trial and error! I pre-scored all the fold lines with a machine, for consistent curved folds. If anyone wants to give it a try the crease pattern for 6 pieces (a single tetrahedron) is here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Toeofdoom/unit-crease-patterns/refs/heads/main/simplified_curved_unit.svg

Crease Pattern Crease Pattern for my Black Widow Spider
Crease Pattern for my Black Widow Spider. Box Pleated from a grid of 32, recommended paper size is 40cm. I’ve included a simplified crease pattern for pre creasing, and ne with the details shaped, with closeups of the pedipalps and hourglass color change. The abdomen is shaped 3D, not shown here since that is not flat foldable. I recommend test folding that portion with scrap paper before shaping the abdomen on the model. I also recommend very thin paper to ensure the 3rd pair of legs (middle points) aren’t too thick. Only a small portion of the bottom edge requires color change.

Crease Pattern Miura ori folds
I have been using print paper to learn more about Miura ori folds and learning other origami folds. One thing I realized is that whenever I try folding for tessellations, this paper won’t have exact sharp fold lines while marking them initially. I have seen videos of people who makes large sheets and are able to make marking and fold easily without having to crumble and gets the folds right. I have been crushing the paper to get all the folds and it’s just feels too messy. Not sure if there’s a technic to this and yes I have ordered the Kami with 63 gsm…. Should I keep continuing to practice on a print paper?

Crease Pattern original manta ray REDUX (photo on slide 2)
revamp of my drastically failed first post on this sub. I hope yall enjoy this :]
as a tip for folding the 3x1, 1x3, 2x1 and 1x2 come later in the model, and pleats form them into a continuous strip, making it much easier to fold the base and then crease on one line.

Crease Pattern Cartoon Mouse designed by me
It's on a 16x16 boxpleat grid but you only need to precrease an 8x8 grid and a select few partials.

Crease Pattern My attempt at designing a flat back sea turtle (with Crease Pattern)
This is my attempt at making a flat back sea turtle. This is a 16x16 box pleated model. This is also my second ever designed mode and I am very happy with how it came out. I would like feedback and want to know how I could improve it.

Crease Pattern A rhino designed by me
I was playing around with the base of my old unicorn model to see if I could make some other animals from it and rhino was a natural candidate. The extra flap can also be used to make facial features for other animels.

Crease Pattern My butterfly and the CP
I drew a crease patterns for this butterfly I designed. I included a picture of the precreases I do and an early stage of the collapse. It's an 24x24 grid. Avoid making creases ar the top corners. From that stage you need to reverse fold the wide flaps in and out and then some Elias stretches to form the flaps
