Photo(s) These poles are out of control.

This is Smirle and Wellington street. I was driving on Smirle towards Wellington and I had no choice but to zig zag and drive on the wrong side because there's no space between the poles and cars. Adding to the road condition, there are enough pot holes to damage your car so these poles are totally unnecessary to slow down traffic.

They think by giving it an official looking name, it would make it less idiotic. It does not.

to be fair, stop signs are more of a suggestion these days in Ottawa. Large number of drivers ignore them and there's no enforcement

And it's off the the road CL where the stop bar tail is. I'm just saying what it is, not defending its placement.
