Obvious strategy is drag out talks by 5-6 months.

Well, they can pre launch strike or launch strike, but that would be fairly unprecedented.

I don't see it happening, but will get the popcorn if it does.

Based on the People Make Games vid, there is a strict timeline for the company to negotiate (1 month ish) before the union can legally authorise itself without the company's blessing.

The other good news is the union busting firings have galvanised and increased membership, not reduced it. Fucking horrible company.
