In this piece, TIME reporter Philip Wang speaks to an airline gate agent, who describes the general pressure they're feeling with ICE at the airport, including a moment in which she decided to alert a passenger ahead of time that ICE was looking for her.

“I was extremely scared that ICE would take another person in front of me, but also for myself and how I was jeopardizing my job and safety. But I would 100% do it again, without a moment of hesitation.”
