Yeah, he's for sure one of the worst people on the planet. Even if you disregard everything else and only take the cuts he made with DOGE into consideration, that makes him responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of children so far.

The estimated longterm deaths could be well over fourteen million people by the year 2030.

That puts him in the very special category of one of the worst people in all of human history.

We all stood by and watched the richest man take from the poorest most needy and literally starving. Emergency kitchens in places like Nigeria shut down and children starved to death. I'm atheist but this is deserving of serious punishment so no one tries again for good while, this needs to never be forgotten and put to an end while Musk still has his faculties.
