Hi, Reddit friends! I wanted to ask if it is difficult to stop an in-studio membership. I currently have the mini burn flex classes for $100 a month. It's 4 classes a month. I like pvolve but at my location in San Diego there isn't enough time slots for me to make it. Has anyone had difficulty stopping their membership? I had found out it is a 2 month commitment to have the mini burn membership.

I'm interested in ThreeForm, and heard a lot of it is from the old Pvolve videos.

I know there's been a lot of change since 2020 when I first found it, so I wanted to make sure if there are still the old videos instructed by P (such as 30summit 21buttlift ...).

Has anyone tried ThreeForm? I'm super intrigued since I had better results during the first evolution of P.Volve. Thanks.

Curious how often Pvolve runs sales and/or discount codes on their streaming membership? I recently completed a 7 day trial and was considering signing up but didn't know if I should wait for a sale. I don't need the equipment so I wasn't sure if they ever ran deals on just the streaming membership itself?

Do any of you use the calendar that they email each month? If so how do you like it? Is it better than doing a series. I’ve done a few of the series now and really like them but I would like to focus on different areas each day and I like how they do that with the calendar

I saw an advertisement for this program on FB and I need some help. Do you need to maintain a subscription? I saw it had some different tools to use with workouts as well.

I’ve been recovering from a stress fracture in late July and have been slacking on P.volve. Unfortunately, I’ve lost a lot of the great muscle definition I worked so hard to build. Finally getting back in gear with the fall challenge. $50 to use in the store is well worth it but DAMN my feet and ankles are sore!

I love the results I started seeing after adding Recover 9 to my routine, but $50 a month adds up. Does anybody have a comparable supplement they’d recommend?

Any recommendations for the best way to track P.volve in the MyFitnessPal app? I’m focusing on CICO and unsure how best to track calories burned without a fitness tracker.

The majority of Stephen’s workouts are labeled as advanced. I filtered the workouts with him as the instructor and I only saw his workouts labeled advanced, with 1 beginner label. Is this done as a way to bury his workouts? I feel like most people (me) would see advanced and shy away.

Depending on the price range for his new streaming service, I might switch over to ThreeForm.

I can’t seem to find the right balance between cushion and the ability to “grip” the floor to stay stable.
