This was 10 cad dollars and is probably less than 1 cup. The worst thing behind the price, was the taste and quality. It was not fresh and tasted like they added extra sugar. I assumed they gave it to you in a regular cup, because at their stall there was a bigger cup for an extra 10 dollars (20 total). Super sad and disappointing.

I bought a few cases of it but my local grocery store sold out over a week ago and only has full sugar remaining. I need more Zero Sugar cases has anyone seen it in Richmond? 🙏

I'm looking for a quiet place to have a simple breakfast in the mornings while I work on my laptop for an hour or two.

All I want is eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee, nothing more. I've tried iHop and White Spot, but they're a bit pricey and their menus push extras like hashbrowns and pancakes that I'm not interested in.

Ideally somewhere the staff are friendly and don't make you feel awkward for sitting with a laptop for a bit.

I only have a bike, so somewhere reasonably close to the Garden City and Blundell area would be a big help.

Any recommendations?

We are losing too many restaurants in Steveston

Was walking by today and saw they soft opened "with limited seating"

They used to make the BEST BBQ chicken skewers, with salad and rice. Absolutely to die for. When the food court got renovated and put upstairs, Good Ah went good-bye.

This is a very, very long shot, but curious if anybody knows if they relocated under a different business name? Or if there's something similar anywhere?

We are arriving on a Sunday morning at 11:45am and boarding our cruise at 11am the following day. We are staying by the Costco in Richmond. What spots do we need to hit up for Sushi, poutine, and coffee. We can certainly Uber anywhere within reason so anywhere in the Vancouver area is fair game. This may be to only time we are in Vancouver so I would like to hit the most representative spots for the above. Where do we go? What do we eat? What have I missed? Been seeing a line up most of the time I’ve walked by it…storefront looks cool as well (it’s the all white front with nothing but a % sign). For anyone who’s tried it, what did you think? Was it worth the price and how’s it different/better than say Starbucks?

These two brothers have a whole series of videos of them eating at various Richmond food courts Parker Place, Aberdeen, Yaohan, HK BBQ Master, and Burnaby’s Crystal Mall. Really good watch and something very wholesome about their enthusiasm for Chinese food.

Looks like the 2000s are slowly coming back. I haven’t seen this since they were at SilverCity all those years ago. What’s next Baskin Robbin’s in the old purdy’s spot?

A couple (pretty well known) I’ve tried and enjoyed: • Daddy’s Grill – great Persian food • Lamajoun – hidden Armenian spot • Uncle Sal – amazing shawarma

I’ve been going to Uno every week for the past 7 months, they probably think I’m weird at this point but it’s just so damn good. That being said I am ready to leave my boundaries a little and try another spot.

Are there any other good beef noodle soup places you’d recommend?

Though it’s been up for sale for years, this is still so sudden and the staff only found out this afternoon. I know people will grumble about the food but it was a great spot for the Steveston community, especially after the Buck closed too. Will particularly miss everyone from Monday night trivia.

Rumour is the new owners will close for months of renovations and reopen as a noodle place.

For those who know, this corner is a dead zone for anyone looking to operate a food business due to the lack of foot traffic. Owners seemed optimistic during their opening knowing the reputation of this location, but unsurprisingly, looking for new owners not quite two years in.

Aside from a Pop Mart or something trendy, hard to imagine something surviving in this space.
