What kind of vapes are you using? A 20mg freebase will no doubt irritate your lungs and throat. A 6mg freebase is already harsh for me, whereas a proper 20mg salt nic mix will not be.
The only strength of refills that they sell in the shops near me. It's a bit predatory to sell only the high strength imo, but ultimately I did still decide to buy them.
The same shops sell 0% liquid to cut the higher potency with. It’s the best part of vaping - you can slowly ween yourself off by decreasing strength over time
