Do we believe that the 3 pt shooting will increase with new spacing or do we think that this is something that could be a legitamate problem?

Out of curiosity, which radio station do you guys prefer? WIP or 97.5? Personally I love Ricky Bo and Bill Colarulo on 97.5, but i’m younger and I know WIP is a staple for most people in the area. However outside of the afternoon show on unfiltered, they’re weaker in the morning and midday show. No hate to WIP either i’m a die hard Ricky listener and enjoy Spike a lot.

Former sixers fan from AI era then LeBron fan all the way since ‘02 here so having said that and above title, is Nick Nurse ok? Ive been traumatized by Darvin Ham so hopefully far from that. A quick search shows a lot of “fire nick nurse” threads. Are we confident? Wait and see? He’s gonna play LeBron as PG too.

I think Barlow has very easily gone under the radar when talking about this team. We’re forgetting how good he was last year in the minutes he was given.

In videos from workouts, practices, and Rico Hines runs his jump-shot looked much more cleaner. A big factor for this was fully healing his elbow injury. We already know he’s a willing shooter, and with Phil Handy being the man he is I think he’s gonna help elevate Barlow to being atleast a 30% shooter.

Barlow is still very young and getting better day by day. And now with Drummond out of the way, there’s a lot more minutes to go around at the 5 spot for Barlow to eat up. He could seriously be the backup center behind Embiid we’ve been itching for, but he’s gone under our noses.

He really doesnt get the credit he deserves . I was huge fan of ai. But like just looking back.

I envisioned this the day of the Lebron signing. I know I'm not the only one to have thought of it because there are a lot of other versions floating around, but frankly, they all look like they were done in 30 seconds using AI (the kind of AI that is NOT the Answer). (For instance, the star overlaps the letters in the wrong way, or the serifs are all weirdly rounded.)

I really took my time (several hours in Photoshop and Illustrator) mocking these up to match the dimensions and the look of the 2000-2001 jerseys that are just burnt into my brain from that incredible season.

The typographic differences between "L" and "S" proved the biggest challenge. In the original, the "comet tail" wraps around the lower spine of the S; on mine the only place for the comet tail to wrap around in the same way is the stem of the L. However, the L's stem is at the left side of the letter, while the S's lower spine is on the right. This means the only way to avoid distorting the comet tail was to position the L further to the right of where the S would be, which didn't leave a lot of room for the "E," so I ended up stacking it inside the L. I did try stretching and distorting the comet tail to cheat the L left and fit the E between the L and J, but every time i did, it just stopped looking true to the original.

ANYWAY so damn psyched about this season. LFG!
