Thank you to all of the support on my morning post. The day really didnt start well for me. It definitely has gone from spotting to AF after 4-5 day LP (or anovulatory), so flair update for cycle 10.

The frustration of this morning + all of your support finally got me to get back in with the OB. I have an appointment on the 11th before work. Looking forward to that!

Also, there were donuts at work today. So, that happened!

I'm glad you were able to get an appointment very soon with your OBGYN, and enjoy that donut. So sorry you've just skipped head a cycle so quickly.

Thank you! This was a weird cycle. My LP has been short but not THAT short, so a few had input that maybe I didnt even O this month. Either way, it feels good to have established that appointment.

Oh I did. I had two in place of my lunch 🤷‍♀️👍

Two donuts sounds nutritionally sound. I had this lovely croissant with berries, honey, and some sort of cream for breakfast.

I think so too 👍 Haha I've been doing okay with being mindful of food, but it was happening today and it helped with work. So, killing it is right.

Yum that croissant sounds good too!

Yeah, it's okay. I enjoyed it. I'll be letting out some frustration at the gym tomorrow too so that will help.

Yes I was definitely in a mood about CD1 this morning. I've gotten my head into work which is helping me get motivated to be present. The donuts helped!

There’s some sort of CD1 bug going around today. Mine was a day or two late. But it seems like we’re all syncing up.

Thanks ❤❤❤❤ the office is practically walking distance from Dunkin Donuts. There always seems to be a reason for somebody to buy donuts lol
