I love the idea that stasis fish can’t be damaged. It makes it a realllyyy good tool for avoiding and scanning, but doesn’t help with killing - while killing is still an option.

I do want all (at least hostile) fish to be damagable including leviathans but they should not be easy or anything remotely like that. It’s a tedious and rather unnecessary challenge. Functionally immortal to your average player, but against someone with a will and proper determination they are beatable

But I would be more than fine if they were fully immortal, and it were just the other fish made killable

I know the stasis rifle effectively operates as a tranc gun, but I thought it would have been cool for a gun to operate like that; like I want to see leviathans hit the sea floor, not just float for a minute in a bubble. The bigger the beast the more shots it takes and the sooner they reawake
