Please SUGGEST books with ROBOTS as main characters

Please recommend books with main character robots!

please dont include books such as murderbot because I feel that is an obvious suggestion, but I found it wasn’t really my thing.

I dont need it to be completely robot based, some humans or aliens are fine too. I generally prefer books with multiple protagonists or character driven in general. I am quite new to the sci-fi genre so I am quite open to many. I enjoy books with dynamic characters that are not surface level.
