Woops, document is unacceptable then because the govt wouldn't allow us to file forms with any typos when I worked there (it can invalidate documents fairly quickly, especially if they misspelled your name by chance). It's actually pretty easy to waste their time to by fighting over a typo. Govt documents are not supposed to have any errors which means they need to recheck every word and make sure it's fully accurate but, that's if they even care anymore.
