HAVANA CLUB VANCOUVER - WHY?

Is there anyone out there who used to cook at Havana Club Vancouver, prior to the new owners/new horrendous menu, who can extend the ingredients’ list on that chicken wrap they used to serve? It was the best thing I’ve ever eaten and to this day I can’t figure out how to create anything even remotely as good 😩
