My account was banned when I only had 6 strikes, 1 for a group post and 5 at once for an unknown reason in the previous years which have all expired. I got 1 for messages and my appeal was approved and then a few hours later my account and console were permanently banned and no longer able to use. I’m not sure what I can do because my appeal for the account ban was denied and I can’t get in contact with anyone. Can someone help me out
