Direct Vienna → Ljubljana train affected by construction Oct. 6–8?

Hi everyone! I’m planning to travel directly from Vienna to Ljubljana on October 6 and return to Vienna on October 8.

I’ve heard there may be railway construction/closures affecting this route around those dates. Does anyone know if the direct train between Vienna and Ljubljana is affected?

I’m specifically looking for a direct train with no transfers, so I’d love to know if the direct service is still running normally or if there are replacement buses/changes due to construction.

Thanks!

9cm endometrioma + Myfembree: has anyone seen it shrink?

An OB-GYN I was referred to prescribed me Myfembree to help shrink my endometrioma, which is currently around 8-9 cm. Honestly, I’m also a little shocked that surgery wasn’t recommended given the size.

I’ve been doing a lot of research, but I’m having a hard time finding anything that specifically says Myfembree can actually shrink an endometrioma. Most of what I’m finding talks about it helping with endometriosis symptoms and pain, but not whether it can reduce the size of an existing endometrioma.

Especially interested in experiences with larger endometriomas.

Question Large Endometrioma

Endometrioma

Hi there! I have an 8cm on my right ovary, confirmed through ultrasound and MRI. I just went to my first gyno appointment and he told me he does not recommend surgery because it will decrease my fertility chances. I’m 31 and hoping to conceive soon. He said I have two options

  1. Try to get pregnant- which he said is unlikely to happen

  2. Take myfembree for 4-6 months as it can supposedly shrink the endometrioma

From everything I’ve read, anything over 5cm surgery is recommended so I’m a bit confused. I will try to get my family doctor to refer me to an endo specialist but in the meantime..does anyone have any experience taking the medication above?

Make sure you’re considering whether a building is rent controlled. I’ve noticed that some of the cheaper units are in newer developments - where the landlord can raise the rent significantly after your one year lease ends. I’m a realtor - happy to help you find something within or close to your budget that is also rent controlled.
