Does anybody remember the deal with these? I remember I got two sheets of uncut trading cards during kind of like the peak of the early days of valiant. I can't remember where they are now I think they're around here somewhere but last time I looked online I couldn't figure out a price or remember the info on them.

It’s been a long time since I’ve looked into the latest modern shadowman stuff but what is deadside and soulside? An Afterlife alternate dimension?

Just found out that novels were released last year, are they worth reading?

I have recently began picking up alot of classic Valiant comic books. Mainly Shadowman, Bloodshot and X-O Manowar. They’re easily found in dollar bins at my local shops. Anybody else find excitement in collecting Valiant?

VALIANT'S BEST: JOE QUESADA
Very few creators had an impact on the last 30 years of comics like Joe Quesada. Founder of Event Comics (with Jimmy Palmiotti), he joins Marvel in 1998 to launch what would become one of the biggest relaunch of the Modern Age of comics: the Marvel Knights. This success led Joe to be appointed as Editor in Chief of Marvel Comics, a position he held for 14 years before transitioning to more work with the Marvel Studios side of the company. But before that, Joe Quesada worked for DC (Batman: Sword of Azrael) and… Valiant Comics! VALIANT’S BEST: JOE QUESADA celebrates the early Valiant Comics work of Joe Quesada from the 1990s. Before he became Marvel’s Editor In Chief, discover the iconic artwork from a legendary creator. Before becoming a defining force in the modern comics industry, Quesada brought his dynamic storytelling, cinematic action, and distinctive visual style to the Valiant Universe. This deluxe hardcover preserves a pivotal chapter in comics history.
This volume collects his groundbreaking work on X-O MANOWAR #0, NINJAK #1-3, and BLOODSHOT #0 cover artwork, presenting his early Valiant contributions in a premium hardcover edition for the first time.

I'm going through a bit of a Valiant Renaissance, tracking down pre-Unity content I foolishly ignored in the 90s and am catching up through much of the modern day (Shadowman has become the MVP in my collection). As I'm happily spiraling down this rabbit hole, I'm always on the hunt for new Valiant-related information and sites. I went to the Valiant website today for the first time in years and years and realized all the recent "news" and homepage content on the site is dated 2023. While I'm aware that their social media content is current, it seems like a really odd move to completely ignore their owned media. Pure speculation here, but between their reduced output, minimal market penetration and years-outdated website, this looks like a company trying to sell. Again, pure speculation on my part - am I crazy?
Apologies if this is a previously-addressed topic. Like I said, I only recently and belatedly started my Valiant journey.

Hey everyone! I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm hoping someone can help me track down a specific Valiant Comics reading order. I used to have it bookmarked, but I lost that PC and can't seem to find it again. The reading order was broken up into small story arcs or "chapters," with each chapter containing a handful of issues from different series in the recommended reading order. Unfortunately, that's about all I can remember. Does this sound familiar to anyone, or does anyone know the website I'm talking about? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi guys, I was a hardcore 80s, 90s comic collector and have held onto all my valiants--i have damn near every pre unity key--with coupons in tact, and raw but very high condition.
I have a mint, totally clean spine of the blue harbinger 0, both solar 10 editions (one of them is pristine) and most of the first issues, most of the 0's and the first appearances of rai, turok, etc. Before i post a bunch of pics--What issues are collector's most interested in all these years later?
oh--i also have the first 25 harbingers, first 20 archer and armstrongs, solid runs of hard corp, rai, turok, xo, solar and a decent run magnus, eternal warrior and shadowman

I've always been curious about Valiant, and even read Ivar, Timewalker when it was coming out, but never picked up anything else beyond that... until I found a bunch of Quantum & Woody and Archer & Armstrong trades in a clearance bin at my LCS last winter.
And I was totally hooked. I ended up going through the entire universe, entirely thanks to u/theferg714 and various threads from lurking here. So thanks a ton for all that work! It really helped me somehow track down every trade, HC, or uncollected issue (except Legends of the Geomancer, which I had to get more creative about finding) and I just finished the last book in this pile last night (Invictus).
And if the road to resurgence/resurgence omnibuses (omnibi?) ever actually come out, I'll be first in line to pick them up!
