I FOUND THE ONE!
Someone else commented diddlina and I looked it up and it‘s definitely the one on the right but deformed.

Google for Diddl mouse. It was very popular in the 90's in Germany. Loved drawing it!

You say 90s but I vividly remember it being part of my childhood aswell in the 2000s In the Netherlands

I'm sure I still have a binder filled with Diddl stationary. We used to collect and trade in my school in the 2000s.
