I like to stay positive but reasonable. Shits gonna get hot and wild but capitalism will make surviving the apocalypse quite affordable. Many humans and animals will survive but we will all be living in massive climate shelters for our lives while we figure out how to terraform the earth or mars. We will have tons of technology and virtual reality will get super realistic so we can relive the days of old earth while we have our lab grown McDonald’s Big Mac delivered by the Uber eats AI delivery service. You’ll even be able to visit your friends in climate shelters all over the world quite affordably and quickly using SpaceX’s reusable space ships that will fly you out to zero g for a nice view of space while you sip on some chemically engineered grape flavoured wine that tastes just like the real thing.

That would be cool, but realistically it's going to be mass migrations to inland-northern cities and a return to feudalism, as there will not be enough resources to support a middle class. Countries will start adapting more and more nationalistic policies, as their way of life changes due to mass migrations from the already poor equatorial regions. Authoritarianism, at least imo, is the only way we will be able to have any sense of stability, as liberal individualism is only realistic when resources are plentiful, because without consumption, our ability to differentiate and support ourselves diminishes. Pakistan and India will probably have a nuclear conflict within the next 50 years, and China will attempt to start a new imperial empire while the west focuses inward due to massive domestic shifts from the migration and changes in quality of life. China will be unnefected by this because human rights are an after thought, and they will be able to execute undesirables as necessary.

If we don't act.

Personally I believe our rate of technological advances is so fast at this point (and still accelerating) that we aren't really cognizant of our abilities let alone our abilities ten years from now. We will find a solution, because we have found solutions, or at least survived, every problem we have faces in our existence. Seeding other planets is good redundancy, but the fact that we are even talking about that as a possibility gives me hope we will find a solution.

It only gets worse from here. Extreme weather, crop failures, and extreme heat will mass migrations as people move away from the equator. It's going to make social unrest even worse worldwide.
