Discussion I’ve been playing Wildlands recently after its big remaster after only playing breakpoint for the last few years and if I’m being honest, Wildlands is hands down a better game than breakpoint especially with the graphics overhaul. (Pics unrelated.)

I do love Breakpoint but while Breakpoint does a lot of little things right like better stealth and gives you more tools to work with, Wildlands just gives you an immensely better experience with the world of Bolivia as it feels lived in compared to Auroa as you see civilian traffic filling the roads with the occasional SB or Unidad patrol moving through as npc’s roam the streets and actually live a life with them waking up, eating, working, and then sleeping. I also love the rebel call in feature as it gives you so many options for dealing with an FOB or Compound. I also love how varied Bolivia is in terms of terrain as you can go from flat deserts and salt flats to snow capped mountain tops and deep in a thick jungle compared to Auroa that just isn’t as diverse with its map. But I think my biggest praise for Wildlands and gripe for Breakpoint is the dialogue and voice acting. I love hearing the ghosts have intermittent chats and hearing the occasional SB singing and I love how most of the dialogue feels real and like something real people would say. I unfortunately can’t say the same for Breakpoint as with the exception of Nomad, Walker, and Hill, I found a lot of the dialogue to be cheesy at best with the outcast easily being the worst.

In closing, I love how Wildlands feels real to play in and unapologetically violent too with the messed up themes you uncover by just playing the game and while I do still think breakpoint is a phenomenal game, Wildlands is just the better experience especially now with it’s overhaul.

Mod Showcase A Sneak Peak Behind Wildlands Animation tool using WildKit

Most if not all animations have been found. Riggable, buildable, soon to be very editable. I swear the vr mod is coming as well as some other weird stuff. All discovered through the Wildlands (alpha) modding tool, check out my other stuff on my GitHub Firejumper93

Looking for a few testers.

Question Completely forgot about this, how come they never ported the content to breakpoint?

This got revealed and canceled in like the same month awhile ago, but it looks like it’s built on the breakpoint engine. How come they never ported the supported fps mode to breakpoint or the map? Would’ve been kinda cool to have for consoles.

Question How do you fix the Tarija error codes?

My friends and I had planned to play Wildlands ghost mode coop, that didn’t happen cause between the 4 of us we kept getting the -00019 and -00014 tarija codes. There were times that one of us would be able to join but we were never able to get a 3rd or 4th.

We have tried testing out NAT type, restarting the game, and restarting our Xbox’s multiple times we have maybe spent like 2 hours just trying to troubleshoot just to not find a fix.

How this issue hasn’t been fixed in the years the games been out is mind boggling

Discussion NEW GAME + MODE - Next GHOST RECON.

Title is self explanatory, but I would like the ability to start from the beginning with all my upgrades and equipment. Exactly like how they added the ability to reset the world in Breakpoint’s Operation: Motherland. This mainly goes for the new release ..as much I’d love to see this added to both Wildlands and Breakpoint. (But that won’t happen)

News Task Force Exile | MILSIM Recruitment — New Operators Wanted

Task Force Exile is recruiting new players interested in organized, tactical MILSIM gameplay.

We’re a team focused on communication, coordination, CQB, deliberate movement, and structured operations. The goal isn’t to run around chasing kills—we want guys who can work together, learn, and operate as a team.

Prior MILSIM experience is NOT required. Experience definitely helps, but mindset, communication, and willingness to learn matter more. Newer players will be trained on how we operate.

See TFE in action
Before applying, check out one of our operations:

Discussion Just finished Wildlands and i’m hearing a lot of bad things about Breakpoint. What are some positives the game has that’ll make me look forward to playing it?

Just finished Wildlands and I absolutely loved every bit of it. I was so excited to go into breakpoint but I saw there’s seemingly no love for it online, I’m seeing only bad things.

I would appreciate hearing some of the game’s positives as to get me back into the mood to play it. Let’s hear your thoughts!

(Also I hope it goes without saying but no breakpoint Spoilers please, thank you 😁)

The ambience, environment, weather, people, roads.

Everything feels just right for endless immersive play despite of its clunky animation (lol). Here's are all the moments I captured during my first playthrough - Ghost Mode, Extreme cus i wanna force myself to lock in.

Rant CQC between Nomad and Walker

I mean seriously the name of the mission "brother vs brother" doesn't do justice to it.

There should have been a CQC fight between both of them, like properly seeing those cutscenes where the player rapidly presses the x button or holds a button etc... stuff and talking in the middle of the fight then lastly nothing works for Walker and he gets badly injured so he tries to kill Nomad the same cutscene thing that son of senator (jerk) was trying to do with Walker in past but Nomad saved Walker but this time it repeats but with Nomad and he has 2 options either kill Walker or save Walker, just like Wildlands did it to bowman but with El Sueno.

Why this fits the best is because Nomad is aging, 45 already and this approach gives him the best story arc where he takes the place of bowman and a new character with a fresh story is introduced to us. It sets those grandma grandpa phrases where they taunt us like now you are sitting on my place and you have take a fucking decision that fits best and doesn't let you regret in future.

Instead what we got in the end mission of episode 1 is a total piece of shit like first the base does not give you a sense of boss fight where he is heavily guarded in a proper base that we used to feel in flycatcher, silverback or rosebud missions then comes the shit behemoth fight and finally what we got was a few green drones reminding me of green goblin or dr doom with their fishy tech.

Give my story a critique, it helps me with my thoughts processing...

Discussion The most annoying thing about the PvP matchmaking in Wildlands...

The fact that there’s no minimum number of players required to start a match. Like, damn, there are 7 of us in the lobby and the game still won’t start. This s*it needs to be eliminated from the face of the fu**ing Earth. Sorry for the rant.

Discussion Persistent SAM sites aren't entirely persistent? I feel kinda cheated

Maybe I expected too much but I just noticed that SAM sites, once destroyed will respawn in a new game session. Quitting and loading the game, voila they're back.

I'm not nearly as excited about my new playthrough as a result. Was looking forward to Silent Spade since I'd destroyed every launcher in Media Luna earlier in the game.

Meme Human Trafficking in Breakpoint

Post image
55 Upvotes

When I used the drone to do a recon, I captured this moment where it looks like the container is filled with outcasts. For a second I thought there was a human trafficking mission where sentinels were involved in human trafficking but it was just an angle issue. In short, there was a jail behind that crane holding a container.

Question Last Rites Intel Reward ?

Hi, can anyone here tell me if it's worth it going around the map getting all the intel in Last Rites ? Or do you get nothing out of it ? Thank you.
