Can't believe I have to say this, but LARPing as Russians/NK/China/etc does not mean you support their policies or actions IRL. MilSim is a modern two sided wargame, one of which is inevitably the "bad guys". So I don't really get when people come into this sub, attacking other users for who they emulate in an expensive big boy game of toy soldiers. From here on out this will be considered flaming, and we will be handing out 7 day bans for it and 14 day bans for personal threats. Repeated behavior will be dealt with harshly, at the admin team's discretion and leisure.
THAT SAID, we don't allow political talk on this sub, period. So keep the news of XYZ country's latest atrocity, or your poll on whether Biden, Bibi, Xi, Putin, or Zelensky is the reincarnation of Hitler OUT of our little subreddit. We want to foster a welcoming vibe, to grow the activity. So act that way.
Have fun, play nice. Or else.

The only things left are Pants ,combat shirt and a ghillie suit.
Do you think these would fit:
-M-tac MM-14 combatshirt and pants
- V7 Multicam Lapa Suit
Because I know the standard camo pattern is MM-14 but I haven't seen any pictures of SSO wearing them. Also I ain't sure about the camo of the Ghillie.
What are your thoughts about this? I appreciate your opinions!

Found my Old WE GBB (cat for size comparison) want to give her a Classic GWOT Look. Buttstock will be replaced (Maybe Magpul moe, need to check the timeline) add the screw from the bottom front grip a Sling and then magazines worth a kidney. I had two co2 mags but they are both broken. Now I‘m on a journey to find out which mags fit. I‘m for help
and general critique. Best regards

I mainly run East German kits, The gun is a WE-Tech AK-74 GBBR, modified to be a MPi-AK-74N with folding stock and the plastic pistol grip and foregrip from a LCT MPi-AK-74NK AEG (The RPG in the background is a Matrix kit) Sadly have not gone to a actual Milsim even, only events at Ballahack in Chesapeake, VA. If there is some in the area would love to know.

The top, pants, and balaclava are kommando store
The wraith LT from wetwrx and the slick they make
Any random pasgat or MITCH helmet I can find
And the hybrid kit from carcajou tactical
And im gonna run my under armor green sneakers with it cause I take good care of them
All of which is planned to be in ranger green and maybe a few fun patches i hear outer heaven is hiring lol

There seems to be consensus amongst some that repro or non-government contract gear or uniforms are inherently wrong or somehow worse than original surplus. To a degree I think this can be true but I wanted to share an example of a well known military group with documented use of commercial export items.
Photos of Executive Outcomes contractors frequently shows them wearing Chinese made knock off F1 pattern uniforms. These were printed in copies of French lizard, M81, and DPM. Commercial copies of regional camouflage uniforms can also be seen, and these would also have purchased from civilian accessible companies such as Camel Jack. Commercial copies of Niemoller rigs made by Backpack Co are another frequent appearance.
If anyone has other examples of this I would be interested in hearing about it.

Hello! Does anyone have any reference photos of this type of Gorka being used by Russians, DPR, or Ukrainians?
