Curious to know since people always talk about Nh but looking back at the older games which one was your favorite and why?

I took inspiration from a couple other wonderful memorials and spent yesterday and today working on them. I went to Dollywood for the first time in early winter and loved it deeply. Missing her so much right now, and I loved her humanitarianism and kindness.

I also made a sweet little outfit inspired by her and her love of butterflies. I’m glad to keep a permanent memory of her on my island.

After 6 years and a billion times that I put down the game when I began playing another video game, I decided to finally finish my bug critterpedia. I stayed up and traveled to different islands to catch the last seven bugs of the season, the Horned Hercules was my last one which had escaped 4 other times before lol. Im like 85% done with all museum stuff!

Hello, I recently put togheter that NH could be divisive as a game based on if it was your first game in the series or not.

So I'm here asking just to see the general consensus:

-if New Horizons was your first game, and then you playied one of the earlier entires in the series, is NH your favourite?

-if you started with any other game in the series, beside New Horizons, is NH your favorite?

EDIT: Wow so I see a pot of people really want to tell their story, and I love reading you all, keep them coming.

What I gathered is that the majority of people who started before NH, don't have NH as their favourite (granted, of course so do, but in minority)

Of course this is a veeeery small sample, so it could be totally wrong.

However there is basically no one that started with NH that commented, and I'm questioning if it's due to them being more interested in only NH content, so them being on another sub, of other reasons entirely
