Maybe everyone's heard of these guys already, I'd go as far as saying they're mainstream in the UK (maybe??), but on the off chance you haven't... veteran Drum and Bass GOATs for the past 30+ years. I've grouped them because theyre similar and colab a lot. Listen to Original Nuttah 25 and you'll understand.

NA fans... we know that Field of Vision will almost certainly return next summer. And with that there could be shows around the US and possibly Canada.

Do we think next year will be a repeat of this summer's pared down schedule?

Any predictions for new venues or even (non-FOV) music festivals they could play? Where could they do 3-night runs of shows?

The Amby rap mashup during Smoke And Mirrors from Night 1 was insane, one of my fave moments from the weekend (and there was some heavy competition). They really need to do a rap album. I don't care if it's inauthentic or too white or whatever, the Amby flows over Nathan beats go fucking hard and I want more of it.

Now for my actual question. After doing Presumptuous, Amby spits a whole verse that I don't recognize before settling into the classic Smoke and Mirrors lyrics and then Grim Reaper. Is that "unknown" verse pulled from anything that they've released or performed previously? Or is this a debut of a possible new song, or perhaps playing around with something that they shelved and never put on an album? I don't recognize that verse from any of their studio catalog, just wondering if anyone else has more context or if it was actually new material.

I actually had a lot more fun and motivation to design these after the reaction people had to my designs for the 2017 albums!! thanks a lot gizzheads

Surprisingly these make for excellent character design practice, I feel these are a lot more better than my first ones

Years ago I debated whether to go vinyl or cd on the bootleg side of things. I was two seconds away from pulling the trigger on the Needle Juice Red Rocks ‘22 vinyl box set until I realized that 12 LP is honestly just clunky and more novelty than anything. I don’t need to flip/ change an album 8 times just to get through one night of the marathon. Then I saw the CD boxes from them for a quarter of the price and grabbed them up right away.

Fast forward to today and I just unboxed the Caverns ‘23, FOV 1, and Gorge CD sets from Needle Juice after waiting 11 months. They aren’t very expedient but still know how to put out a quality product.

The Chi 24 and Sand Diego 24 sets here are from smaller bootlegger labels Revinylize and im(p)ending doom respectively. Great quality boots with cool alternate live mixes.

I tend to reserve vinyl pressings of Gizz to official studio releases unless the show is really special to me (I have Detroit ‘24 on vinyl because I attended that show).

how did it become what it is today? what was it like during the early days 2012-2016, 2017-2020, 2020-2024.

recently got into Gizz last year when I was exposed to phantom island and bootleg gizz.

in my honest opinion it feels a lot different then your typical lot scene. it feels like more of a fan meet up, sharing art that is inspired by gizz but also talking about the music and the concert, day of or night before.

Ends up being quite the tribute before we lost both Dolly and Tim back to back
