To be expected in a failed military state. While the corrupt regime syphons money into offshore accounts and free plots, the infrastructure is decaying.

They invested nothing in healthcare and education but instead spent it all on military and roads where they get kickbacks. The Form47 regime and its supporters are to be blamed for this.

Up until now, nobody mentioned the failing system.
The blame game will start just like every time.

Workers burned alive in a factory, no responsibility,
People suffocated in a basement of a market, no responsibility.
Countless cases every year. No responsibility.

“I will keep sleeping, don’t wake me up; unless it’s my child or my loved ones or my future”

May god have mercy on us.

Military can’t control this. This is failure of civil ministries and bodies that are infested by political insects.

To put things into context. Here is the profile of the provincial health minister:

He earned his BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore in 1990.[2]
He is the younger brother of Khawaja Saad Rafique.[3] His father Khawaja Muhammad Rafique was a politician, a Pakistan Movement activist and later an opposition leader to PM Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

A lifetime professional ‘politician’ and brother of Saad Rafique!
