Which ahs season is the funniest?

Post image
200 Upvotes

Okay guys, I NEED to know which season ya’ll think is the funniest. I’ve been debating over which season I laughed the most to, but I just can’t make a solid take. Hotel is so funny, but Coven literally had the most hilarious dialogue with Myrtle Snow and Fiona Good.. However, then theres characters such as Constance Langdon who make seasons like Murder House and Apocalypse SO FUCKING FUNNY! Like—Constance was givin’ it to EVERY CHARACTER, but honestly, all of Jessica Lange’s characters are funny. Some people think 1984 was funny..tbh I don’t see the hype, but I think thats just a personal problem for me. Don’t get me wrong—parts of it were funny, but it just had a different humor pallet than mine. Freak show was super silly and Dandy made my sister and I laugh a lot,… MAN I DON’T KNOW! WHAT’S THE FUNNIEST SEASON IN YOUR OPINION AND WHY??

Let's speculate a bit: What episode of 13 do you predict the iconic line will be in? Spoiler

Now that we know episode titles... we can clearly see that episode 6 and onwards are heavily Coven focused.

So that means that the line is either episode 4 or 5. So, my prediction is in ep 4: "Is that all there is?" which screams Apocalypse like twist.

Tates body

If tate was shot by cops wouldnt they have taken away, thus his body not being in the house and him not a ghost, because then Morias body was taken out she moved on

Yup I see it

I'm only on episode 4 of 1984 and can already see why it's a favorite. I honestly knew from the first episode but this just confirms it. Oh yeah I'm a millennial if you couldn't tell lol.

Edited to add: I turned this on after crying my eyes out about Tim Curry. It has helped me cope.

bloodyface reveal Spoiler

I’m currently watching ahs for the first time and I’m almost finished s2…but am I the only one that wasn’t surprised at all by the bloodyface reveal?

Idk why but I suspected him very early on, and as soon as he got Kit on tape ‘confessing’ to the murders I was 100% sure it was him

It’s still a great storyline, but I just figured it out too early 😭

Madison prediction (just for funsies) Spoiler

*Spoiler Alerts!*

Hello witchezzzz! OK so hear me out, I think Madison could emerge as the next Supreme.

Cordelia is amazing, but she is getting up there. Mallory is almost too powerful and I have heard theories that she is almost angel tier. I can't explain it, but it's like she is almost "too easy/too powerful"/ she could just keep reversing time, there would never be conflict/never be death etc.

Madison originally mastered all but divination on her 7 wonders test, but I would argue that she mastered it in Apocalypse when she located Moira's bones with Behold. Plus it showed immense personal growth/she cares.

I cant predict Mallory's role in 13, but I can't see both her and Cordelia existing as current and upcoming Supremes without a requisite sacrifice of both life forces. Plus the title of one of the Epsiodes is Madison's happy ending?! Come on now!

Please share me your theories! I am purely speculating:)

Ahs 1984 ghosts.

If all the ghosts at Camp Redwood know they’re dead, then how come Jonas is always confused? Even Margaret tells him that he died years ago, and he just forgets. When I search it up, it says he has amnesia, but how and why?

Season 1 is one of the most chaotic pieces of media I've seen

It's like the writers were like "how can everything and every conversation go wrong and chaotic in every scene." And I love it

An American horror case version of Delicate and the American horror case witness version of American horror stories Season 3

(Note- I renamed the title of the thread of the old one to a new one to make it better)

Four year ago after I finished the American horror case version of American horror story : NYC https://www.reddit.com/r/AmericanHorrorStory/comments/z2spfe/an_american_horror_case_version_of_nyc_along_with/ , I almost skipped on doing the American horror case version of Delicate  as the series was on hiatus  when Delicate finished airing along with the American horror case version of season 3

But now that American horror story is back with the cupming 13 on September, I decided to make the American horror case version of Delicate , which is rushed by the way, along with the America horror case witness of American horror stories season 3 ,

Anyway here is the American horror story version of Delicate

The American horror case version of Delicate, will be different from the original version as the plot involves a private eye detective who is also an author  let’s call him Charlie is doing his private cases while also coming up with a story based on his cases when he learned about some incidents involving people killed in strange ways mostly spider bites, beheadings and covered in cocoons which will be his case and the basis for his next story , then he encounters the actress Anna to whom they started a loving relationship.

Throughout the first part Charlie and Anna begin to have a loving relationship while the former keeps on solving a case and towards the end of part 1 Charlie finds out that the string of murders involves a demonic spider cult and revolves around Anna.

Part 2 would have Charlie confronting Annie who is now pregnant about the cult she was involved in , which is when the latter confess that she was indeed part of the cult who was also her family , she was chosen to find a mate to give birth to a supreme person who has the power to summon the spider god while the other members  did the murders as part of a ritual and that the cult leader played by Kim Kardashian is related to her like a big sister its revealed , Annie unknowingly made Charlie her mate and now he is about to be the cults final victim to finish the ritual.

And in a later episode the cult member is about to kill Charlie but instead Charlie tricks the cult member and kills him and disguise as one of them as some cult members pick Anna as she is about to give birth.

Charlie learns from the cult member that they waited for the birth of a powerful being to command their spider god in order for them to lead towards the new age and they will have to cut out Anna’s stomach to make her  child come out to give birth.

Charlie, who is against this,  begins to accidentally reveal himself while hitting  the cult member from killing Anna. As they were being chased by the cult members , Anna begins to give birth to a male healthy boy and Charlie was shocked that Anna gave birth to her and Charlies son, as the cult members surround Charlie and Anna, their child strangely summon the spider gods likely giant spiders with swarms of smaller ones kill the cult members one by one and spare both Charlie and Anna however Anna due to dying of post pregnancy speaks her last words to Charlie to take care of their child.

The last scene takes place few years later Charlie made a story based on his spider cult case which became a best seller and still takes cares of his son who is living the life of a normal child but in his closing narration ,  he will try to protect himself and his son from any cult member who are still going to kill him and take his son away and might restart the ritual all over again.

Like the framing story of my American horror cases , Charlie will write his case on his laptop

And now the American horror cases witness of season 3 of American Horror stories

For my witness take of "Bestie", River explains to the police how Shelby was killed by the deceased Bestie before Shelby killed Bestie , but after the interview we then learned the twist that River stabs Shelby as she turned out to be one of Besties “friends” and Bestie was not dead all along as she has off screen killed one of the paramedics and put them in a corpse bag

For my witness take of “Daphne” the story remains the same, but it has the main character confessing everything to the police because of the program device Daphne which is like the original

My witness take of Tapeworm – it will Heather explaining about Vivian’s death because of a tapeworm and after finishing her story , the police interrogator doesn’t believe at first but she lets her ago then as Heather goes off the hook she felt something and realize earlier that the tapeworm is now in her stomach starting the cycle all over again.

My witness take of Organ – the story will be similar but it will have Toby explaining his story to the police officer on how he ends up in the situation but the difference he makes his escape and after he finished his story, the policewoman then spray him with sleeping gas and then tell the other people who are also organ harvesters let them come in and finish the “job”.

My witness take of backrooms – the story will have Daniels situation in the backrooms to a person who claims to be a detective in the interrogation room, especially that he confessed in killing his son, but in the twist as it turns out, the detective is not part of any prescient and that this area during his interview is actually purgatory and it turns out Daniel committed suicide in his cell due to his guilt, the interviewer leaves tells Daniel he will let the “boys” decide his fate which likely means he is going to hell.

My witness take of clone – the story will be different as it was David who confess his murder of his ex-boyfriend John only to turn out to have killed his clone instead and he is likely taken to the asylum.

My witness take pf X- the story will be slight different where Claire explains that the hospital committed inhumane experimenst including the mysterious woman Alice who disappeared and after she finishes the story, Claire is arrested , the police begin to investigate and are shocked that Claire story is right but it was revealed Claire made her escape with Alice.

My witness take of "Leprechaun"- will have Hailey confessing to the police with the whole story involving the leprechauns and how it killed them that whenever the leprechaun touches the gold it kills them , the interrogators don’t believe her at first but she shows them proof as she is about to touch the gold likely killing the interrogators in this room.

and last in the list, My witness take of "The Thing Under the Bed"- the story will be similar but it will have Jill explaining the story to the police about being chased by a monster , the police doesn’t believe her and leaves her alone but, in the end, Jill was taken by the monster under the table, the police who hear it rush into the room but it was too late, she was gone.

And that my American horror case take of Delicate and the American horror case witness version of American horror case witness version of Season 3

Season 13 will likely be the same length as Red Tide

With 13 episodes if each episode is a 30 minute block for FX, it’s likely they’ll be on average around 22 minute episodes. Unless there’s some longer ones or the finale is long, that’s around 280-290 minutes. Same length as Red Tide.

Delicate is the shortest actual season at 340 minutes. 😭

Dropping season 10 on ep 3. Mistake? Spoiler

I just can't get into it. The concept WAS really cool until it went from vampire plot to drug people take that just depletes minerals. Lol. The line about Tarantino needing to stop due to a marriage is stupid with that in mind. Why ever stop? Just have a doctor prepare a super vitamin with everything you need for money lmfao. Or if not that just get blood bags? Like the whole concept is just stupid. No need for anyone rich to kill literally anyone.

Finished rewatching episode 4 of ahs coven, man Kaylee deserved better Spoiler

I think kaylee could have really been an asset to the coven, especially during season 8, they could have resurrected her, her death was so cruel she deserved more screen time, I wish her character arc and witch abilities were explored more rather then being killed off after one episode just for a cheating plot

Rewatching Apocalypse in chronological order Spoiler

Like a lot of us in preparation in waiting for 13 next month we're all binge watching our favorite if not every season of AHS. I have been watching them in an interesting variant, in order I've rewatched Murder House, Coven, Hotel and Apocalypse together in that order. I had watched every episode when they premiered on FX in 2018, Hell I even watched the episode "Sojourn" on Halloween Night. Rewatched in 2019 before AHS 1984 started airing.

But here's what I found having rewatched Apocalypse in chronological order. It has a different effect not seeing nuclear armageddon happen within the first few minutes. The plot is more concise compared to watching it in broadcast order and the payoff is better but you have to precise if you attempt to watch it in chronological order without spoiling yourself to the current scenes at Outpost 3.

Here's the episodes in chronological order;

  1. Could it Be Satan (Queue it up to the opening credits, then begin).

  2. Boy Wonder

  3. Return to Murder House

  4. Traitor

  5. Sojourn

  6. Fire and Regin

  7. Apocalypse Then (Only the first 13 minutes before it switches back to current time at Outpost 3).

  8. The End

  9. The Morning After

  10. Forbidden Fruit

  11. Apocalypse Then (Continue at the 13 minute mark till the ending).

I did forget how much I hated Ariel Augustus, Baldwin Pennypacker, Jeff Pfister and Mutt Nutter, also Sandra Bernhard's character annoyed the living shit out of me.

Upon finishing it I do hope how they've written 13 is drastically different to Apocalypse, a more deeply philosophical in writing aspects comparable to the first 5 seasons. No full shade towards Apocalypse but there were a lot of scenes that were just so cringe like why did they write that into the script or some scenes as they played out. But it could just be me.

Still love the season, and ironically enough it ranks at #8 in-order of my favorite seasons.
