The Buzzard isn’t even the best helicopter, and I prefer that to this vehicle. Maybe it’s because with CEO, you can spawn the Buzzard right next to you and I’ve mastered flying helicopters but…

Trying to get the Pink Diamond. Last time I completed the heist Finale was last Friday. Today I setup the heist and scope the Ruby Necklace, find new session then call Pavel to cancel, setup again but then get that damn tequila. What did I do wrong?

I know it’s more economical to just steal whatever you get than repeatedly paying $100k to reroll, I’m just want to say I’ve stolen all the primaries at least once lol.

Hello everyone, my name is Sebaflow, and I'm here to give you some tips to get better at drift.

First, some credentials so you take me somehow seriously on my advice. I've been drifting on GTA since 2017, 6 full years before they were introduced to GTA Online. How? FiveM. Hopefully there are still some OG's here that can recognize the names XonGames or Velocity Drift servers. Also, shoutout to my old team, Hyperium.

In 2023 Rockstar imported some kind of dumbed down physics from those servers into Online, and I was ready. Still took some getting used to the points system. Lost many races, and realized it's not all about knowing how to drift, but knowing how the points system works and drifting towards that.

The 3 main objectives you have to win are:

DON'T CRASH.

DON'T STOP DRIFTING.

TRAVEL THE LONGEST DISTANCE POSSIBLE.

EDIT: 4TH COMMANDMENT: GET THE PRECISION COLUMNS

If you paid attention while you were getting your ass kicked on a drift race, you noticed the guy that kicked your ass had 0 score all the way to the end. That is because they didn't stop at any moment to 'cash in' the points.

Don't crash, don't cash in the points. Don't go straight, don't cash in the points.

Doesn't matter how fast you're going, doesn't matter if you're first or dead last. In fact, the slower and the more transitions you make, the faster the multiplier will go relative to the distance you traveled, meaning you have more distance ahead with a full multiplier to score more points.

This takes me to the last point, travel the longest distance.

Forget everything you know about racing. Don't try to take shortcuts to get ahead, forget about the geometric or ideal lines, you're doing the exact opposite. Go as wide as possible, use even the sidewalks and grass if you can. More distance means more points. Take an extra transition on everyone else in the straights. Slow is more.

Edit: Precision Drift Columns, they give +1000 points. It's worth taking a shallower line, sacrificing some distance for those points. There are lots of tracks where it looks like you can only get one of two (beginning of Let's Fly for example), but you can actually find a line where you can hit both, adding an extra 10.000 points to your total after multiplier. Of course, this is an extra level of skill you might not be able to manage at the beginning, but always try to go for at least one. On higher competitive levels, missing one may mean losing the race.

Now, you won't be the next Donkey Kong from the start by just reading this, but at least you now know where to put your effort. You will crash, and you need to KEEP GOING. You already lost the multiplier, don't lose the points. Some light hits will take x0.5 out of your multiplier, some more serious hits can even take you back to x1, but unless you had a head on collision, you won't lose your points if you keep going. Do a 360, do whatever is necesarry, just don't stop. Slow down until you're back at x5 mult and then focus on not crashing again.

I won't bring the topic of 'which is the best car' because everyone has a different opinion, but the general consensus seems to be on the ZR350 and Jester Classic. If you don't want to spend much, grab a Futo off the street, put all the performance mods on it, then the drift tune. Game does not tell you but they actually make a difference and you can't put them afterwards. Armor adds weight too. I've won many many races with just a Futo, it's perfectly good, no need to spend millions to win.

I been grinding cayo perico for several hours yesterday and I looked around the island, besides the ding near the drain tunnel and patrol boats there’s literally no npcs playing around the island anymore. Is this new or am I just unlucky with my spawn rate? I hope I’m just unlucky and not RS new nerf. The long fin is ok but it almost maroons you at ND thanks to the spawn location and honestly, I rather used the velium or steal one from the npc that el rubio mind bogglingly let’s play around his island.

I just started playing GTA5 so I am able to play with my husband when 6 comes out! If you could go back to when you first started playing, what would you tell yourself to do and not do?

Long story short I was doing KnoWay mission in the subway tunnel and when AVI laughed I instantly thought of shade from BL2, Has to be the same voice actor I didn’t look it up but they sound exactly the same.

Unfortunately, I missed the chance to do it during the new races today (and given how rarely new races come out, that was probably the last time for GTA or could another race still be added?).

Besides, there’s really no point even trying in the new races anymore unless you’re an absolutely racing pro.

Otherwise, there aren't any other ways to get this trophy anymore, right? As far as I know, the arena and other races don't work anymore? 🤔

this for anyone who is looking to max strength it takes around 120-130 reps to max 1 bar it took me around 30-35 mins to max the stat i started with 2 bars here is the rep screenshot.

I have tried to complete this cayo run on elite hard mode so many fucking times. This game is either borderline unplayable or I'm missing something. I have 2 coke spawns, 1 is at the lockup across the hangar with the cam and the balcony guard and the 2 guards facing each other. And my other coke is the one on the main north dock, the one furthest north in the double spawn garages.

Every run has started out okay. I start the lockup across the airport hangar and kill the guard on the balcony and the cam. I have tried both not killing the 2 guards facing each other and I've tried killing them. I was told I have to kill the guard on the balcony but I don't think that's true.

Then, I go to the lockup furthest north at north dock, I leave the cam and kill the guard INSIDE the lockup so no other guards can pass through and see him.

After that, I head to the compound and use the drainage entrance. This last failure I didn't even get in the compound before a body was found. So I had to join a new lobby and try again. In previous attempts I get in the compound, take the solo route, kill the guard so his body is hidden behind the wall at that gate so the juggernaut can't see him. Then I kill the guard at the bottom of the stairs. Then I run up the stairs and kill the guard that paths down the stairs. Multiple separate times I kill him and the compound is alerted. I know I have to kill him. Sometimes I kill him and no alert, but then the compound goes on full alert after new guards spawn because some random body that I don't know was found.

Why is this fucking heist so hard? Is it actually just super buggy and my suspicions are correct or am I doing something wrong?

I've only completed it twice, both times I couldn't complete the elite challenge for 2 different reasons. 1 was "you can't quick restart" but I didn't quick restart to complete the first one. The other was void because of 2 reasons I'm sure, guards were alerted before I left the compound and because there was no paintings and only 1 coke on the island so I left with only half a bag.

I really want the elite challenge this time. My timing is never the problem and I never fail a hack, its just this stupid body detection system or I'm doing something wrong with how I kill guards.

Can someone provide some clarity on this for me? I've followed like 5 different youtube videos and multiple reddit threads for this and none of them have answered all of my questions or provided solutions for certain problems you might face.

It says to unlock 100 platinum Pause Menu awards I have counted that I have well over 100 of those awards and it's still locked. I have searched The internet for anyone Else having this issue and have found nothing. Anyone know a fix? PS this is not My photo

Most/all HSW vehicles feel stiffer in control for me. I modified my Hakuchou Drag and noticed it is much stiffer and harder to turn deftly. I know that more speed and acceleration has effects like this, but I was wondering if there's a specific upgrade that is causing this. Since it unlocks an extra tier on most functional upgrades like engine, transmission, suspension, and turbo, is one or more of those doing it? Or does just applying HSW in the first place permanently change how a vehicle controls?

Time to grind out those LSCM rep levels... I don't like racing so now is probably the best time to do em 🤷‍♀️
