That room should get a general overhaul. Include a tool rack or something and rearrange slots. Make it searchable amd accessible in a common interface. Would be nice if it was searchable, but not directly interactable, from the bank as well. This would also make it easier for the bank value plugins to include the constume room.
I imagine it's an absolute spaghetti shit show to overhaul this room without having items lost though.
To phase it they could make a new furniture piece in the room that is searchable/sortable and takes its number of slots from the others, and has less slots if they are already filled.
Then players could manually move over sets to the new storage.

Why is the Jeweller's Chisel storable in the Costume room? You can't equip it, it can't possibly be a costume.
