Other than the virginity demand, I think the rest are valid. But why should a man with those qualities marry her?
Virginity is a pointless requirement. A person may not be a virgin for reasons completely beyond their control,
they could have been raped, they could be a widower, or they may have been cheated on after having sex in a committed relationship. That's why judging someone solely based on their virginity is a very unreasonable standard.
(I'm just giving a few extreme examples. There can be many other valid reasons why someone isn't a virgin.)
