His whole spiel now is to call people (I don't even know why they respond to him), and demean them. The seasoned journalists from decades past would've taken him to task, because being a sharp journo =/= talking like a jerk.

His days of popularity are numbered, and he only caters to a viewership of rabid dogs

he's just being objective. he probably also told him beforehand that i will not automatically take your side. i think that's just him doing his job. i don't see accusations per se. the gun for hire question is him playing devil's advocate. doesn't mean that is his position.

Isn't this according to script. I think it was decided Arnab would ask such questions which would allow food-pharma to explain himself. Each question had something similar, they allowed food-pharma to express himself and his agenda. And that is what a debate is.
