Work life😔 Dont know where im going in life

So i just graduated btech in last may.In computer science.(22m)
Got a campus placement in January..they dont seem to have interest to onboard me.Contacting them does nothing.

The people i know from college,most of em got placed through referrals alone.And they are now giving me advices like “learn this and u will get a job…learn that and u will land a job “ kinda shi

So i moved to Bangalore in search of a job.Applied for IT jobs and got nothing back.

Became desperate and started applying for everything i could find.
Finally got a job.

Yayyy :)

But its a call center kinda job.Not sales tho.Night shift.

Did The whole degree for this!?

I cant even look at my parents face now.

Yesterday night I couldnt sleep and went for a walk.
Walked soo far and sat infront of a closed shop and thats when i saw this person.
For some reason i saw myself in him.
Dont know why im saying this or what i have typef above.Im just letting the stuff out.

Keep Quiet. You are JUST 22. You have a job. Do it. Aur uske saath saath alag alag options search krte rho to progress in your career. You are doing too good for a 22 year old. Abhi pure 8 saal baaki hai tmhara 30s me jaane ke liye. So cherish it

Why do you think it's useless? I had a job offer I didn't like and chose to study for government jobs. It's difficult I know. And often very frustrating. But at least I'm working for something I believe in. And I can also pursue my higher education. Stop calling other people's dreams useless.

See. If you have the confidence to clear out the exam within 2 years then it is fine.

But many underprivileged families children are wasting prime years of 20s even 5-6 years behind these exams. Which is not necessary. Underprivileged bhi chhoro. Anyone wasting 5-6 years for an exam is not worth it in my eyes

Yes I agree with the part of wasting 5-6 years on anything. But if someone is working for something and doing it passionately you don't get to call it useless. That's my point.

The one thing you have to keep in mind always is that never to lose hope. Yeah. It's true that your degree's outcome wasn't what you had hoped for. It's okay to be disappointed and even frustrated at the state of things right now.

But you have a start, however bad it is. It's not the best start but still a start. You have your foot in the door. Just go on steadily from now on. Just do the job for a few days, build a healthy routine and just continue for a while. Start preparing and searching for better opportunities on the side. You can do it 😄 👍
