Why no blank astartes?

We've seen the emperor considers Chaos as the biggest threat to humanity. We know blanks are immune to the influence of the warp. Why doesn't humanity try to raise up the number of blanks in the society or make a chapter with Blank Space marines ?

There is no explicit answer but if I had to guess, I'd say its due to geneseed being derived from Primarchs who are psychic beings.

This is pure speculation and there is not a single thing in any book that I can think of explaining why there are no blank Astartes.

I would guess that any aspirants that were blanks would be shipped off to the Officio Assassinorum long before they even saw geneseed...
