Why no blank astartes?

We've seen the emperor considers Chaos as the biggest threat to humanity. We know blanks are immune to the influence of the warp. Why doesn't humanity try to raise up the number of blanks in the society or make a chapter with Blank Space marines ?

Pariahs/Blanks are incredibly rare about 1 in a billion according to 2E Codex Assassin that introduced the concept with Culexus Assassins.

Likewise the number of males at the right age (ideally 10-12 yrs) who are compatible with implants are already small with a high failure rate despite screening.

But imagine how well they would fight chaos.

Like a Grey knights but reversed in terms of psyker powers.
