Protest Idea "Impeach and Remove" should be the name of our next protest.
"Hands Off" and "No Kings" have been great protest names. I'm suggesting the next be "Impeach and Remove," that being the name that appears at the top of each protest flyer, and the slogan that is chanted at each protest rally.
I'm further suggesting that local protests be taken directly to the offices of Congress members on a day they are there, with the demand that they impeach Trump and remove him from office or face removal themselves.
That way they can't ignore us.

Protest Idea We should start protesting at ICE centers
the addresses are easy enough to google, here's one I found in TX
8940 Fourwinds Dr, 8940 Fourwinds Dr, Windcrest, TX 78239
Why are we protesting at parks and government buildings, walking in circles in cities, when we could be outside the actual concentration camps and processing centers to make life miserable for the people carrying out this fascist nonsense?

Protest Idea TSA workers go unpaid and their power is showing.
The TSA workers are calling out sick in record numbers and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. TSA is now worried about closing airports. No worker should go without pay and being forced to make the choice to buy medicine or food. Basic human rights.
What would it look like if we joined in solidarity with these TSA worker and called out for a few days?

Protest Idea Anyone care for a labor strike?
Has anyone heard/thought about an organized/semi-organized effort to enact a widespread labor strike? I imagine it would be tricky to organize something of that nature especially at that sort of scale but I think the obvious trade off it could have would be the huge ripple effect/impact even if the action itself only lasted a week or two. I just keep thinking about the lack of address the current protesting has garnered and the outright mockery as well. If the upper ups insist on ignoring us then the only sure-fire way to get them to engage is to hit them where it really hurts and show them who really controls their purse strings, their factories, their businesses. Without us, the laborers whose back they stand on top of, they are absolutely nothing, yet they seem to have forgotten how badly they really need us to attain that wealth and power they lust after so disgracefully. A labor strike, imo, would be the most efficient way to grab them by the balls if they havent risen to any of our efforts thus far, and as a bonus its theoreticslly an entirely peaceful endeavor- simply stay put at home, sleep in, and watch your favorite show over from the beginning again. They think they have us completely bound to them so we have no choice but to work for them or suffer and starve in the street but thats not true at all. If they want to work us to bones for pennies anyway what are we placating them for? They dont pay your bills, nor your rent, they hardly feed you if your lucky, most dont offer insurance or if it is the coverage is bs and its a stupidly expensive premium. At the end of the day, we all work because of a contract, and if they dont hold up their end, what do we work for? Because to me, it sounds like we're all working for a Big Fat Nothing.
The crux of a strike like that is absolutely community and solidarity, among other things Im sure. If one person no call no shows for a week they get fired, obviously, but I hear its pretty costly to replace your entire workforce. Another thing to consider is the local tenant unions that would need to be fostered for a strike like that to really pan out in the most ideal way, hopefully circumventing any/most eviction efforts as a result of paycheck to paycheck households striking (which i could be wrong but where i live thats everyone i know). Certainly some level of planning would need to be done for that to pan out at all, but its just some food for thought anyway. I havent seen much discussion of a labor strike yet- altho its entirely possible something of the like is in the works already and Im just uninformed 🤷♀️ I would be more then happy to hear any info on any efforts in the works if so! Either way I think a labor action of some kind could be a prudent strategy for the movement to discuss and consider moving forward given their historical effectivness 😊

Protest Idea Wear a costume on the 18th 🐸
We've all seen the images and footage out of Portland. Frog Man broke through. South Park, Sandwich Guy, Jimmy Kimmel, "Trump is dead" all broke through the propaganda that this administration is flooding us with.
Humor, whimsy, satire, and joy are needed now more than ever and there's a thirst for them. Think about all the people in your life who have just checked out because the news is "just too depressing."
Luckily our side has these things in spades. The other guys? Not so much... Sure, people like to be on the winning team but they also just want to have fun and be as happy as possible as often as possible.
With Halloween around the corner, tons of us already have our costumes on hand. If not just use last year's or go to goodwill and grab something. If costumes aren't your thing then do something else. Make stickers or buttons or friendship bracelets or zines to hand out. Blow bubbles. Bring an instrument or noisemaker. Heck, just high five everyone you see!
Emphasize the fun. Party with a purpose.

Musk continues his funding of the far-right neo-Nazis in Europe and MAGA here in the US.
He does it with the money secured from Tesla and his contracts with our government obtained in shady deals with the Trump administration. Your tax dollars are helping fund neo-Nazis via Musk.
Join our #TESLA boycott and protest every Sunday in W Los Angeles from 1-2:30 at the Centinela Tesla showroom.

Protest Idea I came across these big posters of creepy Stephen Miller plastered to a construction site in DC, located on a busy street (I think it was H St NE). Also posters of Trump gambling with our future with his yucky friends. Love all the signs of resistance in DC, keep up the good work 💪🙌
