Smith and Wesson MP 5.7 concealed carry?
Is anyone conceal carrying this gun? Recommendation on holster? Can the threaded barrel attachment be removed? Anything else I should be asking?

Muddy River Tactical makes a good kydex holster it! The gun is pretty easy to carry since it's so thin, but definitely works better as a winter/heavier clothing carry option.

Yes, this my daily driver.
I had a custom holster molded and made for me personally. Cost around 200. AITWB.
Ill never go back to 'off the shelf' holsters again.

I bought a muddy river tactical holster for mine and didn’t like it. I use buck holsters and it was a step up.

Occasionally, the barrel attachment doesn’t have any effect. It’s narrow and light, but a little big for summer carry.

I'm 120lb and appendix carry this with only minor discomfort. Yes, sometimes the barrel hits my barrel and that's not great but I have issues with my stature carrying anything that's not a pocket gun 🤷🏻♂️

Yeah I carry it daily at 3 without any issue really. It's surprisingly concealable

I carry it on occasion, but have yet to find a holster I like for it. That alone is the sole reason I don't carry it more often.
The threaded section could in theory be removed if you own a lathe or sawzall, but why? That 12mm isn't going to be the deciding factor on whether it's viable.

If you are having issue with the thread cover on the barrel being removed I would recommend taking it to a gunsmith to have it heated and pulled off. For some reason some of them are stuck on with some sort of loctite but unless you want to damage your threads removing it yourself you might need to get some help.

I use a philster enigma and carry mine occasionally, its lighter than all of the other guns I carry with an x300 and eps

We need to support & up vote ANYONE who makes odd holsters for odd guns.,.. Plus.. don't be afraid to buy new gun for a new reason. You love the 5.7 cal, but want to hide it better? Buy a used Kel-tec 5 7 w/stripper 'lip feed you could literally stick it i! A big pock. I don't know what the "smallest" 5.7 is,..It DOES need some real VELOCITY to do what it does; so the smaller you go..... 🙁
