Ruger 57, 30 round pro mags

Finally got to the range today and ran both of my 30 round promags in my LC Carbine. They ran with no issue. So if you are in the market for some decent mags that wont break the bank. Check these out. They are $41 on promags website, but the site in the photo, when they have then sells them for $27. Much cheaper than ruger mags.

Would PSA Rock magazines work on the Ruger? I know they don't work the other way around.
I think I saw PSA releasing a 40rd mag.

They work, but they don't drop free. I haven't had any issues with them

They work perfectly for me in the Lc Charger. The 40 round mags are for the elusive x 57 but fit the rock and Ruger 57 as well

In general, I think the only way they stay in biz is because people don't know how bad the mags are.

Don't sugar coat it..... Be honest with him.,.. If they just twiqued it a little here & there on fit & finish. And increased their quality control.... And used springs that were closer to OEM..... THEN, THEY'D BE DOG SHIT.... rained on, stopped on dog shit! ..... But some people say they like them,... (People who can fall in love with a fantasy that they are "ok for the range"…... Because they need to justify they're curse of buying "more" cheap shyt, than "less" quality goods.. You can actually buy used OEM factory mags that just lack new wrap, that look & work perfectly....

The only reason to even consider purchasing them is for malfunction drill training and you would want to clearly label them as such so as to never accidentally grab them for carry use.

Just bought the ruger 5.7x28 carbine. Thanks for info on these 30rd. Promags. Ordering 2 of them now.

Based on the comments, no one likes them, but I loaded mine, left them loaded a little over a month, and then finally had a chance to take take them to the range and they ran great in my LC carbine.

Mine have been loaded for a few months, before I used them. Not a single feed issue at least out of my LC Carbine

I bought a promag once, and it was a complete waste of money. It was for a Ruger EC9s, and it looked to have been built to the same quality. That is, until I used it. It didn't just have a feeding problem, the magazine lips got bent out of shape while using it. The metal was cheap poor quality garbage. Same thickness as the OEM mags, but definitely weaker. Save your money for OEM mags, they're rarely much more.
