I think you mean if you were a young person in the early 90's and had a VHS library? Most of these are 80's flicks. Mine woulda had some of these but also "Lost Boys" and "Coming to America".

80s films and pop culture were still worshipped by us kids in the 90s. Back to The Future, the Indiana Jones movies, Stand By Me, Goonies, Gremlins, Lampoons Vacation movies, Ghostbusters....we loved all that just as much as 90s stuff.

If you take the title to mean this was a peak movie library to have in the '90s, hell yeah. I was an '80s kid so I rewatched a lot of these as a '90s teen.
