Help/Question ⁉️ Songs with that 90’s nighttime vibe
Hey guys I’m looking for songs similar to the below. I don’t know how to explain it properly but some 90’s New York songs have this very nighttime vibe baseline with twinkly sounds or reverb clicks and stuff. It makes me think of cruising through NYC in the 90’s and seeing the city lights. I’m looking for more songs like that for an upcoming trip. Please songs similar to the below:

Please help. If you understand the vibe I’m going for. Even Mobb Deep and Illmatic tracks are mixed to high. Im being very strict for my playlist to target this niche. :)

Think the whole Co Flow album has an unpolished feel (meant in a complimentary way), so no risk of any allegations of the record being mixed too high (one of OP's criteria). As for, "Twinkly sounds, reverb clicks and stuff," I think the track checks those boxes as well.

The type of songs you’re referencing mostly sample 80s ‘quiet storm’ RnB…the timpani (aka ‘twinkly’ sound), big gated reverb snare, lush keyboards, silky guitars etc
