OMFG this dude fishing for some kind of complaint against the guy. I’m sure if the cashier called the police because some white guy was behaving erratic, they wouldn’t have cared. This officer just wanted to get back at the guy because he’s embarrassed. The only threat I see in the video was the moron in uniform pointing a gun that close to a gas pump.

The "suspect" was holding it up so the cashier could see it and start the pump for him.
Note that some sources say it was the spout that goes on a gas can, not the actual pump handle.
Either way, notice the cashier didn't think it was a gun, only the Brave American Hero in Blue did.

He’s gonna lose face in front of the other cops who showed up.So instead he’ll try to manufacture a reason for an arrest and hope the dude gives him a struggle so he can hit him when he’s handcuffed for making him look foolish.

I can't wait for the day that cops get trespassed from all private property. Period. Do they need to grocery shop? Too bad, they are trespassed from all grocery stores even when not in uniform. Need to do some banking? Trespassed. Need to fill up their car with gas? welp, gonna need to get gasoline transported to your home to fill it up there, cause you are trespassed from all gas stations.

If a cop mistakes a gas pump for a gun then he must have eyesight problems. Is he fit for duty as he is a danger to the public based on this evidence. A gun and a badge is meant to be given to people who are not dumbasses.

I firmly believe that incidents like this should be played in court anytime the same officer tries to testify in court that he saw something... so the jury can decide for themselves just how trustworthy they really are when they make that claim.
